General
We currently service the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding regions. If you're just outside this area, reach out — we can often accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
We handle construction materials, event materials, and food deliveries — ranging from single items to full pallet and semi-truck loads. If your delivery doesn't fit neatly into a category, contact us and we'll find a solution.
We operate Monday to Saturday, 6AM–10PM, and Sunday 8AM–6PM. Deliveries booked outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available window.
Quotes & Pricing
Your quote is based on package size category (which determines the base fee and per-mile rate), the distance between pickup and drop-off, and any special handling requirements like fragile, refrigerated, or hazardous handling.
No. The price shown in your quote summary is what you pay, as long as the details you provided (weight, dimensions, handling needs) match the actual shipment. Significant discrepancies discovered at pickup may require a revised quote.
Yes — our quote calculator gives you an instant estimate with no obligation to book. You'll only be asked for contact details at the final booking step.
Booking & Tracking
Every booking generates a unique tracking number. Enter it on our Track Delivery page to see real-time status — from pending approval through to delivery.
Yes, as long as the delivery is still in "Pending Approval" or "Headed to Pickup" status. Contact our team with your tracking number as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.
Our driver will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided at booking. If we can't reach anyone, the delivery may be rescheduled and additional fees could apply.
