1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a delivery with Mitch Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Mitch Logistics provides on-demand courier and delivery services for construction materials, event materials, and food deliveries within our serviced areas. Quotes generated through our website are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation at time of pickup.

3. Booking & Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a delivery, including package weight, dimensions, handling requirements, and pickup/drop-off addresses. Inaccurate information may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are calculated based on package size category, distance, and any special handling selected at booking. The estimated total shown at booking is final, provided the actual shipment matches the details submitted. Significant discrepancies discovered at pickup may result in a revised quote, which will be communicated before proceeding.

5. Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse transport of any item that is illegal, unsafe, or not properly declared, including but not limited to:

  • Undeclared hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Items exceeding the weight or volume limits of the selected package category

6. Cancellations

Deliveries may be canceled free of charge while in "Pending Approval" status. Cancellations requested after a driver has been dispatched ("Headed to Pickup" or later) may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover driver time and mileage.

7. Liability

Mitch Logistics takes reasonable care in the handling and transport of all items. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging, inaccurate item descriptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including weather, traffic, or road closures). Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Delivery Windows

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
